The fiddle is way too complicated for the issue you want to replicate. Is the DOM structure the same in the fiddle as it is in your app and are the versions of the libraries you are using the same? The fiddles point to the latest version which is 1.1.6-pre at this point.
The only way I see this happening is if your rendering of pageContainerEJS replaces the DOM element that was passed to the Login Control.
