If I can call the compilation from within the batch file that lets Google Closure minimize the rest of the JS code, it would fit very well into my workflow.
I designed an app-merger in php that sends the code (html5, css3, js, ejs . . .) for an app as one big data-stream to the client.
From there on it is business as usual: loading configuration, user preferences etc. and then the initial - pay-load - data-set.
The alpha-tester likes it very much. No waiting for the GUI, just data loading with visual indicators.
BTW. even bitmaps for the GUI are included as Base64 encoded data and streamed with the rest of the code.
