Yes, same issue. But I found it's a bit interesting. This issue only occurs when I use the app generator in an UPDATED canjs & documentjs environment.
If I just use the pre-packaged javascriptmvc3.3. The app generator will make a doc.js for me undermyapp/scripts/ directory. However, the canjs version is very outdated in that package. So I think most of us just tried to update their canjs and documentjs then bad thing happened.
