full pager for paginate example

yesterday I asked a question in the IRC channel and I quite after a while, the question was how to make full pager for the pagination example, Justin asked for more explaination so I tried to make an example in a fiddle I added two more methods to paginate map to get pages range and to get the pages numbers in that range to be displayed as links buttons those methods may need some improvements so any suggestion is welcome, Oh I forget the goTo (which is still bugy) method that will be invoked when the page number is clicked.
