Thank you so much for your response. This is almost exactly what I ended up doing. I actually create CarouselContainer Control  and  append the mustache view there, and then instantiated MyCarousel Control Plugin after appending view. I passed div ID from the mustache template containing the HTML markup to the init() of MyCarousel.
